1.  Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Worked for the past 12 years mostly in product development using programming languages such as C++, Python, Java. Has worked individually on a trading platform for 6 months in his current job that is mostly done with C++. Also worked with embedded systems in XXXX such as smart TVs and advertising using different technologies. Has worked in XXXX which is mostly related to developing hardware using software such as circuit designing. Also has an experience in enhancing software for video content, adding real time video effects in XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest in C++, been working with that for the last 12 years and is still using C++ in his current project. Rates himself 4 out of 5 with working on it. Enjoyed working with R&D and finding solutions when one doesn’t exist yet.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   He is confident in using C++. Along with other languages such as Python, SQL, and Java. Also has experience working on trading systems with his current job, knowledgeable about equities, commodities, and swaps. Can solve complex problems and is pretty good at data structures and algorithms.
