Currently working as a Senior Technical Support Engineer in XXXX wherein he provides technical support, assistance to sales/pre-sales people, troubleshoot issues, he’s also the primary contact for escalation on both sides, provide remote session to customers, if necessary, create KB articles, and is part of the on-call rotation for Privilege Management Team. He is currently working in SG but is originally from the PH.

Strongest with customer service side, in general. Used to gain experience dealing with different customers for different region. For the technical side, he is good with the infrastructure side. More on the windows, servers, and desktop. Also knowledgeable in AD, Exchange, iOS, and DNS

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has 2+ years of experience in IT Support. Knowledgeable with Windows 7 & 10, MS Office & 365 Applications. Also, proficient already with different PC/Laptop Peripherals. Also has supported printers and mobile devices before. Also good with Active Directory, Exchange, and Apple OS. Not strongest with Mac OS but has experience in it.
