He has established and maintained server and desktop infrastructure for the company, designing, developing, and installing software. Monitor the health reports for OS analysis, storage, patching, and network backup settings. Deploy firmware updates, service packs, and application updates. Configure RAID, Create Windows or Linux physical or virtual servers, install required applications, and harden the servers in accordance with security policies. Also, network configuration issues Resolve backup issues at the OS/NIC level. If there is free time he work on L1 incidents and also the ticketing system and join Server Outage calls with an L3 level technician to help as well.
2. He Is expert in System administration and Networking especially on Cisco devices.
3. In his previous job, he is a IT Manager and manage a company's network team and support every aspect of network systems and subsystems.
