Currently working as a Senior Professional Service Engineer responsible for mentoring the junior engineers, leading their partners to complete different projects in different countries, and delivering training to their customers and to their partners. The most recent project he worked on was with Microsoft to build up multi-hundred drilling between the data centers.

He specializes in the DWDM network and rates himself 5 out of 5. He has solid experience in configuring the DWDM ADVA network equipment. He is familiar with the OSPF IP network protocol for the DWDM network. His expertise belongs to layers 1-2 of the OSI layer. He provided level 2 support and has hands-on experience in the on-site installation of fiber networks.
