Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has an accumulated 14+ years of experience in the IT industry in Singapore as well as India. He is currently with XXXX as a Site Reliability Engineer and is working for an insurance client. He is mostly in-charge with their hybrid cloud-based solutions and implementations of solutions with different tools such as Kubernetes, Tanzu, and IAAC. Previously, he worked with XXXX and was assigned in integrating/developing an automated payment method for them. He was also the one to implement end-to-end DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline there using different tools. Also, he worked in XXXX for a banking client in which he initially was an L3 Application Support but then started to worked as a DevOps Engineer later on.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Most confident in using Kubernetes operation since he has been using it for the past 4 years. Rated himself a 4 out of 5 in it since it is constantly evolving and every day there’s new tools that needs to be learned. He also have to repeat learning every day that’s why he didn’t gave a perfect score. He also has good experience in handling Amazon Web Services.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
He has 7+ years of professional experience when it comes to being SRE or in DevOps role. He has been in the role since 2015 and he has also good experience in AWS but not much in GCP and Azure. Has great familiarity with APM and Serverless Scripting since he has used it in his current and previous jobs. He also has experience in Ansible during his time working for a banking client and has implemented/automated most of the things there using Ansible.
