1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He’s an IT professional with 12 years of experience and is currently working as a Site Reliability Engineer in XXXX and handles two juniors. Started off as a Web Developer in XXXX then joined XXXX as a Senior Software Engineer. Then went to Malaysia to join XXXX also as Senior Software Engineer with some machine learning there. Worked in XXXX as Staff Engineer, did lots of development and implementation there, can say that he grew a lot in that company. Became an RND Manager as well in XXXX, developing the POS system for the company.  His Specialty is R&D, Software Engineering and is comfortable with heavy coding even though currently, he’s just doing 30% coding and the rest is configuration/management.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Most confident in using Python since he uses it every day. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in Python since he hasn’t contributed much lately in it but knows it’s logic. He’s using it often in the current role but only 30% of coding in his tasks.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has 3+ years of experience in SRE but most of his roles, he takes part in infrastructure and design. Has deep experience in SRE even way back in Myanmar. Familiar with AWS, GCP, and Azure. Don’t have certifications yet but is pretty confident in using those since the current company uses it on a daily basis. Familiar with Cloud APM, has experience in DataDog, as well as Serverless Scripting.
