   She has 2 years of experience as a Software Business analyst and said that she is a strong communicator and an excellent collaborator, a focus problem solver, and commercially aware. She has an experience dealing with different clients working on time a sensitive-projects in her previous role. She added that she would be a great role model for the company, a co-supportive worker and will take ownership of her ongoing professional development and can always add value to her team. In terms of her previous job, she worked for two years in XXX Agile in the Philippines and pursue software business analyst role since she is very passionate about information technology, problem solving and analysis. With her 2 years of experience, she gained valuable experience in translating business needs into technical requirements and implementing solutions that align with their goals. She was also responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements and collaborating with cross functional teams to identify areas for process improvements, which the clients has been asking for.
