First job was a Software Engineer in XXXX wherein he supported a web application called XXXX and supported different banking domains. Also do incident management, configuration based on client’s requirements. Then after that, transferred to Singapore as a Consultant/ Software Support Executive wherein he provides step-by-step process to users on how to use the system, add products, and customize the web layout. Still does incident managements, do end-to-end overall functional. Minimal background in HTML and CSS.
