1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He’s been in the industry for over 20 years already and is currently working as a Regional Database Solution Architect with XXXX. His main role here is architecting the best database solution for the customers based on their requirements and is mostly working with engineers and vendors. He is also focused more on Southeast Asia countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, PH, Vietnam and Thailand. He also was a Lead Service Assurance Advisor in XXXX wherein he supported customers and ensured that all issues were resolved on their end. Before that, he was also an Account Delivery Manager for XXXX and worked several roles in XXXX such as Technical Account Manager and DB2 Technical Specialist. Was also a Database Admin in XXXX & XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Considers database side as his strongest skill since he’s been working on it for over 20 years already. He also tried some coding before but is not really specializing on it since he’s more focused on databases. He rates himself 4 out of 5 in using it since he has good knowledge on how databases works and has done lots of performance tuning already.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has 5+ years of experience as a solution consultant/architect and is very proficient in using SQL. Also knows basic Java and have hands-on experience in cloud computing. Has quite good knowledge in big data but has no professional experience yet regarding that one. Also has good experience in banking/financial management.
