1.Currently, he is working for XXX. They are handling the national library board, so most of the clients are library staff, and they are the ones handling the equipment in the library. He's main job is to monitor if there is any equipment that is having an issue or down. They also check with the staff if the alert is valid and then from there they do the escalation from their end going to the onsite engineer.

He has solid skills in troubleshooting hardware, especially in routers. He also has good communication skills.

 

3.His previous job at XXX  was as a Network Operating Center Analyst. He handles IT services for customers in XXX, etc. Also, establish and maintain the network infrastructure.

4.At XXX, he is an L2 IT Help Desk Engineer. He is responsible for monitoring the Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues and also day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and escalation.
