1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Currently working as a Technical Head, responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and commission of their own private submarine cable network. He also conducts site visits to maintain the smooth operation of the network and collaborates in technical discussions to improve network performance and future deployment.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in hands-on work configuring and troubleshooting the DWDM network. He rates himself 5 out of 5 for the Huawei network device and 4 out of 5 for the Nokia network device. He uses PSU for troubleshooting the network. He has hands-on experience in an onsite installation of the fiber networks as well as providing level 3 support. He is familiar with Nokia, Infinera, and Huawei network device configurations. He is also familiar with the BGP and OSPF protocols of the network.
