1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been in the IT industry for 7 years already. He started as a developer in XXXX using different tech stacks using ReactJS and Angular then after that he switched to doing the backend such as databases, and some cloud computing. Prior to his experience in that company, he acquired good hands-on experience in AWS and infrastructures, and can design and create a solution himself. And he is currently with a startup company called XXXX as a Technical Lead performing multiple roles such as Devops and anything related to it since the manpower is still few and he has to handle several roles himself.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Confident with designing solutions, problem solving and in technical side, he’s proficient in cloud computing and rates himself a 4 out of 5 since he’s very good at it but technology is updating every day and he can never be perfect and updated.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   He has 3+ years of experience being the Tech Lead in his current company and is good with cloud services such as AWS and GCP. Also has very basic knowledge in Azure. He is also familiar and has used serverless scripting before although not much experience in APM.
