As a technical lead he has a mix of responsibilities from consultancy to technical development. Currently in their project they are using CRM field service modules for a Singaporean Social Service Agency.

He takes part in all the technical design specifications and requirements gathering with their BA. As a lead he also has experience in leading a team currently where he assigns tasks accordingly after the planning phase and also responsible for holding deliverables in their project areas.

Experience discussing with clients and their issues, managing these and client engagement. He has experience in sales modules as well as customer service modules from recent projects he worked on. For these modules he world rate himself as 8 from a technical perspective.
