1. He's been working with this company for the past 10 years. So basically, he started in the Philippines, and then in 2019, he was offered the opportunity to work in Singapore because their regional office is there. So he's been doing pre-sale stuff, creating bonds, doing presentation enablement for their partners handling of certain products that were assigned to him. He will also do some presentations, respond to RFPs, match the requirements that are specified in the RFPs, and make sure that he is able to respond to the compliance in terms of the products that I'm proposing.

2. He is an expert in security, networking, field administration, products, technical problems, etc.

3. Previously, he was doing some checkpoints and some other minor products. Basically, aside from that, he would say that part of his career would be like 2000. And he had graduated from college. He was also doing some technical stuff and worked himself through it. So it's like from PC troubleshooting to PC implementation to PC technical staff technicians.
