He is currently working as a technical support engineer and currently working onsite. Their daily tasks is to make sure the students, faculty teachers, and the staff doesn’t have any computer or printing issues or if the students with laptops can’t connect to the internet or having trouble to power on. They also support the authentication and have support for email printing. They also support the basic installation for the finance software like business intelligence or business clients. Some the Microsoft 365 as well as the Outlook and Dropbox. They also support their internal software apps and dashboards for students, BOR or the backup rooms which devices like webcams, TV’s, mic, keyboards, and the mouse.

He is good when it comes to supporting and installation of the devices as well as doing the backups. He is good in supporting Mac OS environment in terms of reinstall Mac OS, Diagnosis network, and troubleshoot Microsoft office 365.
