Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Currently working in XXX as a Senior Telco Engineer and handling DWDM and SDH networks. They also do operational enhancements and taking care of the DWDM and SDH equipment’s. For his overall work experiences in the IT Industry as a Telco Engineer, his tasks or role is to ensure that operations objectives and KPIs are maintained and that the integration and acceptance processes are carried out in a manageable manner and with the proper procedures in place. In addition, he is in charge for collaborating with the Access, Backbone, and Project teams to deliver new initiatives such as the expansion, network enhancements, or reductions in the network.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He focuses on the DWDM and SDH networks. He’s basically the team leader because he is the one handling the NOC projects in the Font and Back offices. Rate himself 5 out of 5 in DWDM because he is experienced handling projects and recently took care of the XXX in coordination with the XXX for almost a year. XXX covered 99% of the population is by this fiber optic network in the Saudi Arabia, which has connectivity to all major cities and spans more than 22,000 km of roads and highways. He and his team also do migration of all the circuits of XXX to XXX . Since 2007 to 2021, Cisco handles the project for XXX but recently, Huawei took this project from Cisco and migrate slowly all the circuits.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
Have a background facing customers in the field. In his previous job, he does commission and on-site installations of the equipment in Dubai. He used to travel a lot and go directly to the customers place to install the devices. Have an experience in NOC and currently handling projects related to it. Currently in Level 2 when it comes to troubleshooting. He doesn’t have any certifications for now and no trainings but planning to do it in the future.
