Currently working for XXXX as a UC Infrastructure Engineer where he mostly works for end clients and engage with customers a lot. Before that, he was a Systems Engineer at XXXX which he is involved in implementing infrastructure for the company. Also was a VoIP Network Engineer for XXXX, an Australian-based company, where he provides technical support remotely in different areas. First job was with XXXX as a VoIP & Security Engineer where he is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Voice, Firewall, and Network solutions. Most of his job responsibilities are with engagement with customers, resolving queries & tickets, service handling, troubleshooting, and providing support.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill at the moment would be in Cisco Avaya, VoIP, Firewall stuff, Networking and Unified Communications. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in both VoIP and Unified Communications since every day is learning. One of his soft skills as well is that he can adapt easily to different environment.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Don’t have any development experience yet but is good with SQL database, Windows Service, and TCP Communication. Also have knowledge in Linux servers. Familiar with outbound call systems since he has worked before as a VoIP Engineer.
