He has been in the industry for 20 years and has been trained as an Engineer and moved away from Technician and essentially has experience in back-end and front-end of an organization and it represents a big tool box for problem solving and diversifies his idea for becoming a problem solver and he is also quite a competitive and doesn't like to lose and helps enable people in helping them become a leader and make an impact in an organization.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He is an ITIL V3 expert and he designed the service layer/interaction of technology products into human consumption and back in the days in British telecom’s when he was working on large complex deals and helps it translate to the customers and is very passionate in human experience and use the service and is involved in the strategic part of it and being able to sell. He has also helped establish a company to help build their own pipeline he could also do business development and driving human experience design.
- He has experience with SAAS, and they do workplace solution and desk booking solutions to enable a smart and flexible workspace and it is to enable the transformation to a SAAS solutions and helps to the transformation from a service consulting to SAAS.
He is very passionate when it comes to sustainability and ESG and he has been supporting green tech for many years now and has an exposure in deploying technology to tackle global sustainability issues. He has also demonstrated a good track record of business development, implementing transformational programs, and establishing multiple organizations across APAC region. |
