1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Work in XXX as a senior manager and do some site installations. In XXX he does the maintenance path, do some of the maintenance of every equipment’s that are running in. In XXX he worked as a wireless engineer and worked in another department. At that time in their country, there’s a network expansion project and he worked there as a Sideway Engineer and pro with it and coordinate with the customers. In XXX , as a Senior Planning Engineer. Mostly his tasks are for the Fiber planning and DWDM planning, in that case if they have a new plan, he needs to participate on those and plan a new network. He was prepared for a high-level plan for DWDM network and plan on how they will be design and brought it to the vendors. He also participates in the DWDM maintenance for Fiber planning. Worked in Huawei for about 9 months and decided to change job because he was too young at that time, and he wanted to explore and challenged himself more in the industry.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest in the fiber planning and maintenance path. He has less than 7 years in fiber planning and maintenance path for 1 year. In his project in XXX, he plans for most fiber plot area and plan for the new routes.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He does have an experience in facing customers because he needs to install the cabinet, equipment, the antenna and do some mega patching on those. He does have an experience in NOC and responsible to check the link data if there’s an activity happening and check it on the NMS and EMS to know the current is happenings in the network. Do on-site installation in one site for the DWDM network and install the cabinet and do the patching as well. With level 2 knowledge in troubleshooting. Took trainings for DWDM and have a certification for Huawei.
