His focus was on training students starting their careers in IT. From 2019 to 2022, he transitioned to an IT manager role at United living mall. Currently, he balances his IT instructor role with an IT operation and technical position at a Singaporean company called XXXX in Myanmar, where he has gained over nine months of experience. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in

He possesses a strong skillset honed through experience working with various companies in sectors like education and retail.  His expertise lies in Microsoft products, particularly Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.  Furthermore, he excels at problem-solving, tackling both technical issues and analytical challenges.
 3.    Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He possesses strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft products.  He holds a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification and has experience teaching students. While he hasn't recently obtained a Microsoft 365 certification, he has over four years of experience with the platform.  In previous companies, he managed the main Microsoft 365 admin account.
