1.   Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She started her career with XXXX, wherein she was working as a senior system engineer and business analyst role. She was working for a banking project, the banking product from XXXX, which is XXXX, and it is widely used across multiple banks, working as a part of customization team for that banking product and was mainly working for the different clients, us based clients and some Indian banks as well to work on requirement gathering and analysis and various customization requests, change requests and generation of reports such as sharing the balance sheets and the audit reports on recurring basis. She then moved to Singapore in 2018 and then started working with XXXX as a business analyst. She has also worked on multiple projects in XXXX, liaise with the stakeholders for the requirement gathering of any new enhancement request that they would raise and work on collecting the required information.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   She specializes in managing the stakeholders. Managing the business users or the end users, whoever is holding the stake in the project she is working on liaise with them, giving them the updates or listening to their concerns and understanding. She also has strong expertise in database management, working on SQL and PL SQL and supporting the team with the technical specifications of the project, and she is also a part of functional testing team so she conducts the UAT and also support the users during UAT, understanding their concern and resolving their errors. She is involved in the whole SDLC.
   A project she has done in digital transformation that she worked on is the conversational Commerce chat bot. They already have an existing ecommerce system, and they created a chatbot application for this, which is based on WhatsApp. Actually, it was a flexible system which can be deployed to WhatsApp / Line Messenger / Facebook Messenger. It is a flexible chatbot for whichever messaging channel the customers prefer. The very initial stage of the project she joined the team. It was already in the requirement gathering phase when she joined, so she worked on the complete requirement and then the deployment.
