1.   Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently with XXXX which is an insurance technology company that provides SAAS, call Insurance, Solution to Insurance, and as well as some of the insure tech players. He is currently the senior project manager his job basically has two major parts. One is actually like an account manager whereby the projects under my portfolio, I will have to know them both technically and financially and at the same time, more on the project management side, each of the project will also have some of the technical implementation which he'll be put in charge. His team is actually spread across China, different parts of China, particularly in Wuxi and Shanghai. Previously he was in a different industry, such as the entertainment, healthcare, and software security. He is a technical person, graduated from XXXX and then started his first job as a software engineer with XXXX, then slowly moving and advanced, more geared towards the account project as well as pretty much the management role

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He specializes in management level, about digital transformation because he started his journey way back in 2018 to help people in digital transformation in different industries, such as even the recruitment and because he comes from a technical background, he is well versed in terms of both technical and manageable in a more financial accumulation, which is why he just took up the MBA and graduated three years ago

3. How many years of leadership experience do you have?
   He has around 10 years of experience in the leadership level. From a technical leadership and then more towards the portfolio leadership as well as the senior management leader. A project he has done which is his first digital transformation was with recruitment, they actually wanted to launch their front office implementation based on salesforce, was actually pretty much a formal digital transformation project and then right now, also doing other digital transformation projects with some insurance companies
