Has 6 years of experience as an IT Helpdesk and System Administrator. He has worked on server migrations, fiber layering, data centre migration, and has proper knowledge in laying fiber cables. He is currently working at XXXX as an Executive ICT where he supports the implementation and maintenance of LAN and internet systems. Before that, he was an Assistant ICT for the same company where he did end user support by troubleshooting their day-to-day activities. He was involved in email configuration, Office 365, printer troubleshooting, etc.

Strongest skill would be end-user support since he has been doing this since the start of his career for about 6 years now. Rates himself a 6/10 in end-user support.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
He is familiar with Soundcloud and uses it personally. He is also familiar with sound systems and already did a project before involving sound system where they troubleshooted it and solved some issues in it. Also, able to work independently and in a dynamic environment. Has CS experience during his time as an IT Helpdesk.
