1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   With 12 years of experience as a QA engineer for both manual and automation. In his first job, he worked in a health care solutions company and he was involved in both manual and automation testing he test new features and performing a UAT testing and do some customer support as well if required. He also said that he do the backend testing and use the API tools for testing like the Postman, Jira, and after 6 years, he joined in a new company. In that company, he was also involved in the automation and manual testing which he uses the Selenium with Java, TestNG, Postman, and use SQL for the backend testing etc. Apart from that, he said that his team able to complete the 80% of the automation and he was also the person who introduced the Postman to the team and currently using it for testing. They also support the customers if they encounter any issues in the salesforce platform and perform all kinds of testing. In his current company he is also involved in both manual and automation testing which they perform testing in multiple projects for Insurance, IoT, etc.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is a fast learner and can adapt quickly, a good listener and can help his colleagues if they’re encountering any issues in testing. He also like to know new stuff with regards to automation testing.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He said that he has more than 8 years of experience in manual testing while 4 years in automation. He has an extensive experience in selenium and Appium which is 4 years and can use java as a programming language and with 4 years of experience as well. He also added that he had some basic knowledge in cucumber.
