- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She worked on various projects and handled teams and worked on success delivery. She worked on the banking industry and with the telco industry and with the government, her projects were more on banking and worked on that industry for many years. The first client she worked with she was working with client from Sri Lanka, Philippines and Maldives, Dubai clients and worked with pre-sales team and once the project was offer, she did project management and she was based in Sri Lanka throughout and in Philippines for 6 months. Currently she resides and works in Singapore.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
She is very welcoming with every culture and very keen in exploring culture and she loves to work on different project and wants to deliver it successfully and she also does cross-selling and upselling and by making the project successful and does a lot of customer support. She is very good with people management and works with different types of people as well and can adjust.
- She has handled a small team and was managing a team for 8 years but is not directly reporting to her and worked with a small team with 3 people and managed 25 people as well. She has worked with database systems and networking projects and gives support to the teams and implementations as well and she also managed application projects.
4. All the projects she worked on she has given support for the projects that were completed and supports the operations side generally 3 months to 1-2 years. She has used Jira and has mainly used it for their project management along with other applications such as MS Project, Click up, MS Teams, etc. She had used Jira as an issue management system for checking the progress of their projects and it is where the clients could raise a ticket and provide a comment during and post project implementation. |
