He is working as an IT manager in his current company at XXX Limited for 5 years. He is responsible for the application development, they mainly use SAP and .Net development. He has three subordinates which help in developing .Net applications, build websites and integrate it with SAP System. He has to support the whole company, about 150 internal staff across Hong Kong, Mainland China and New Zealand.
He has a lot of experience in SAP implementation projects, he has a few years experience in SAP Consulting as well. He also has two SAP certifications one in SD module and another in MC module. In his last company, they also needed to set up their SAP system for their factory in another country, in the Dominican Republic, he was the one who led the project, the setup, system configurations and successfully launched the system.
He has many years experience in SDLC, for the past twelve years of his working experience they are always using the SDLC life cycle in their projects. Overall, he thinks his experience with SAP and System Development is really good and he is confident with his skills.
In XXX he worked on a Lean Manufacturing project, to reduce the waste in stock transfer and lower inventory level in the XXX production process. He implemented the project under PMP standard and delivered the related documents, customized the Kanban program, re-engineered the inspection process and completed ABAP customization and .Net application.
At XXX Electric he worked on the MIAMI project, the objective was to migrate all Mainframe applications in HK Electric to SAP FICO & HCM module and .Net. Involved in two .Net application migration projects which is Transport System Rewrite and Corporation Personnel Information System Migration. Here he implemented a full project cycle.
