  1. He is currently working as Tech Operations Analyst in XXX for almost 3 years now. He receives internal calls from colleagues in the US, some parts of Europe and APAC for issues like password related issues, PC support, access to sites and other related issues. He is Strong in Tier 1 support because he is handling around hundred thousand end-users together with other 14 people and 1 technology manager. For issues they can no longer handle, they escalate it to the Tier 2 and Tier 3 level support within the company.
  2. Has customer service experience when he was working with XXX Corporation as Customer Service Supervisor managing 8-10 people. They handle calls, chats and emails for line issues, audio, they also handle billing/payment issues and such covering Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia. For customers that are irate and needs escalations, they forward it to him. But for the technical side, they use ticketing system to forward the concerns to their office in the US and they do the support remotely.
  3. With XXX Ltd as Senior Customer Service Officer - mostly it's a commerce role so customers from US, Europe and Australia call and send an email about buying some gadgets or electronic stuffs online. They take care of sales and after-sales issues.
