1. Currently as a Senior Consultant and Technical Project Manager at XXX she is working for an insurance company called migration project. She is doing most of the project management tasks, to keep the projects on track and on budget. Most of the time she is sitting on the client side to manage both onshore and offshore teams from India and Hong Kong, to help the client. 

2. Recently they started a cloud migration to a cloud platform namely Microsoft Azure, they have divided the whole journey into different projects. The first one was with microsoft they created the migration frameworks. Then starting from now they migrate the logic from the premise to azure. She does daily status reports for stakeholders and manages the two teams for different work streams: quality, escalations, financial costing.

3. Prior to XXX, she has been working for different companies and she has implementation experience with ERP. The first two years after her graduation she joined XXX as a  data specialist at XXX here she learned coding for the data. She also went to Japan to do hands-on development coding for the data warehouse for different applications.

4. She joined XXX as an analyst where she has been patching a lot of ERP systems like Dynamics AX and SAP and has been very hands-on ERP. She also worked for Vodafone she also patched an ERP system but more in a presales context. At XXX she also has experience with WMS projects.

5. At her current company around 70% of the migration they had already accomplished, the project has always been green at the moment. At XXX she also helped the company to contract an IoT and SMS chatboard to make a lot of revenue, around millions of euros.
