1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He spent his earlier years in strategy consulting and then moved to different regions such as Japan, Europe, and Russia where he did some commercial roles. He was previously the CEO of XXXX in Ukraine where he was leading issuing products for Eastern Europe for XXXX then became a tech product person starting 2014 and had to move to Vietnam. He joined the XXXX as the SVP, Head of Operations and Product for eLogistics; he was reporting back then to the CPO for the whole region. Due to some issues, he started contractual roles for about 2 years, and worked with XXXX as the Director of Product dealing with big furniture e-commerce, also doing some e-commerce companies in Russia such as XXXX and XXXX. After several years, he joined XXXX in Thailand as their VP of Product & Data Science where he was looking after both product and data teams, also the UX teams of about 12 people; he was mainly involved there with retail, supply chain, partner channel, operations, and marketplaces. He again went back to contracting and has been doing it for the last 4 years where he had helped number of companies and sold his own works as well; currently, he’s helping a startup company in the Philippines and a web3 startup as well.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his capability in being a good tech operational partner for CEOs and C-level executives. He has been doing that for the last 3-4 years so he’s great with understanding the commercial and operation side; he is a very process structured person so he understands software and anything on the early stages that needs his help. He is strong with working on startups and has done lots of it himself. Basically, his strength is a mix of both tech and operations side.
