1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He finished Mathematic Science during college and after graduation, has worked in the IT industry for about 30 years. He started as a Computer Operator for XXXX then worked for as a Computer Instructor for XXXX where he taught COBOL, C, VB, and Web Programming. After that, he was a Senior Programmer, Computer Specialist for several companies then started his career as a Project Manager already. He initially joined XXXX where he handled Insurance Mobile Application projects, also was a Project Manager for XXXX where he was handling IT Infrastructure, SAP, and ERP applications. Had several more Project Manager experiences with XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. His last role was with XXXX as a Project Manager where he handled Azure Migration project for XXXX and moved all application server from on-premises to Azure Cloud.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be programming since he started his career doing this, and was heavily involved in this for more than 15 years. For the last 10 years, he was doing project management so he would be strongest in this including handling projects, cloud migration, software, as well as IT infrastructure area.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has been doing project management for tech and digital area for more than 10 years now and is very familiar with Agile environment. He also has lots of SaaS projects experience especially during his time with XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. On top of that, he has retail experience from way before for about 2 years.
