1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has an overall experience of 19 years in consultancy and graduated back then from Accounting major as well as MBA in finance and marketing. During the early years of his career, he used to implement ERP and SAP applications, he was able to implement different models such as MM, SD, FI & CO as well. He also had the chance to explore more in ERP applications such as Microsoft Dynamic Axapta, Great plains and SAP Business One. Previously, he was with XXXX as an MBS Team Leader, he started there as a QA where they developed their own ERPs together with several scrum teams and Kanban teams. He also worked there as a Product Owner and was responsible for implementation of their products. After this company, he joined XXXX which is his current company, he joined them originally as a Functional ERP Consultant and is now their Regional Project Manager where he had to work together with sales and presales team; he is involved in executing, translating, and helping projects succeed in Thailand along with colleagues in India, Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore. He has recently implemented several cloud-based SaaS projects in Sri Lanka and in Thailand, also has implemented many cloud-based systems and applications during his time as a Senior Functional Consultant.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his excellent communication skills and great in translating requirements from Thai into global/international team or vice versa. He also can communicate these terms to C-level stakeholders and other teams; also is knowledgeable deeply with technical terms in different industries such as IT, Accounting, and such. Has great leadership skills and is currently handling about 7-8 members reporting directly under him.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 10+ years of solid experience as a project manager and started off with more technical consultancy roles specializing with IT, accounting, retail, and supply chain. Strong with Agile environment since he has been working with this for many years now, and also lots of experience in deploying/implementing cloud-based SaaS solutions which are more on logistics and supply chain for different regions including Thailand and Sri Lanka.
