1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started his 25 years of experience as a Developer then moved into more of team leading roles and project management roles, specializing in retail experience. Although he is recently doing project management, he is still a technical person and is involved with the implementations and technical stuff on his last jobs, more in the commercial, distribution, and supply chain industries. His last role was with XXXX as a Project Manager where he did the migration of GOLD System which is a retail system for managing items, articles, and such, he also implemented access manager and SSO for this company. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Project Manager again mostly for warehouse management systems. He also worked for XXXX as a Project Manager where he was based in Saudi Arabia and did more of Retail Cloud Implementation. He had few more roles before these ones such as Technical Programme Manager, Business Analyst, Logistics Transition Support Manager, Commercial Stream Lead, and Software Engineer for the earlier years of his career. 
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be being solution architect and project management, he also has been involved with technical but he’s more on management now. He is great in managing projects, solving problems that can arise, keeping in touch with the latest technologies that he use in the projects he’s implementing. On top of that, he is creative and likes to think outside the box to find solutions.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 25 years of experience in the IT industry and has almost 20 years of experience in project management. He is specializing in retail and has clients within the supply chain industry as well; he has experience with implementing SaaS solutions for 3+ years during his stay with XXXX and XXXX, mostly cloud-based as well. He is well-versed working in the Agile and Waterfall environment for their projects.
