1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Her last position was with XXXX as the Head of Project Delivery where she managed a team of more than 10 people, mostly consisting of project managers. She mainly oversees transformation period, moving backend from on-premise to cloud, and also still manages projects individually. Her main responsibility there was to make sure they delivery projects on time with great quality and support all escalation for the team. She also outlined the template and process of the team should work in the same manner. Before that, she was with XXXX as a Senior Project Manager where she was involved mostly for banking industry and loan origination systems. She again managed the team there and clients from Thailand and across Asia. Also was XXXX as a Project Manager for Professional Services where she worked with teams in USA, Europe, and Asia for the retail and banking industries/POS systems. Started off with more technical roles as a Software Engineer for XXXX where she was again involved with financial industry applications and systems. She was recently leaning more towards management but can still be technically involved since she knows of the processes and the terms on the technical side.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be on the management side including people, project, and team management since he she has been doing those for many years now. She is keen in doing things systematically, having the processes outlined, solving problems, and making her way of thinking transparent to the whole team. She also has great communication skills on top of all of those.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   She has more than 8 years of experience in doing project management most especially for tech/digital-related projects. In terms of her industry experience, she has been with financial, banking, and retails industry for many years now and is well-versed with those space already. She is knowledgeable with software implementation, both on-premise and cloud, and also strong with Agile environment; even has several certifications such as PMP, CSM, and few Azure Fundamentals Certifications.
