1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She started her career as a Software Developer for about 5 years and then shifted into more management positions. She started being a Consultant, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager, and Delivery Lead for different companies such as XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and last role was with XXXX; she has experience with different industries such as telecommunication, fintech, healthcare, oil & gas, and education as well. Her last role was with XXXX as a Delivery Lead where she led the delivery department with Scrum masters and projects managers, involved with oil & gas clients where they built a dashboard application with drilling and pressure data, kind of like a monitoring device. They also have built small fishing products for their Norwegian clients, including a mobile application for both seller and buyer.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be building digital software products, leading digital transformation, cloud transformation, and Agile transformation. On top of that, she’s also keen to learning more about management in terms of people, projects, and products. She rates herself around 3.5 out of 5 in terms of traditional project management and 4.5 out of 5 in terms of agile project management.

   Has more than 5 years of experience in project management for tech and digital products, she also has strong experience in Agile environment given that she has served as an Agile coach previously.
