1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She started her career as a software developer for about 12 years ago and later realized that she’s more into product side. So she has been into product management for over a decade now, starting off with XXXX as a Product Manager for Trust team (spam control and information quality system), she led about 10+ engineers, operation executives, designers, and QA back then. She then moved to Thailand and has been working for 8-9 years there already, initially with XXXX where she joined as a Product Manager and gradually levelling up to Director of Product Management where she helped launch Omni-channel product division for them, mostly in the retail and supply chain areas. After that, she moved to XXXX where she was the Head of Product and Design; she managed a team there of product strategy and worked on both individual contributor projects as well as team projects. She was then interested to do something of her own and changed her role as to more of an Advisor for the company while she started to work on some ideas such as launching startup in the parenting space and tech hubs.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be product strategy, product management, and product execution both as an IC and within a team. With that being said, she is also strong with team management and has handled number of engineers and QAs previously. She is good in working with startups and very familiar with the culture and how to fill in gaps for them with her skills and capabilities.
