1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   A recent graduate of Computer Engineering at XXXX. He has a passion for game development. Joined a bootcamp/internship at XXXX where he learned the essentials of OOP and Spring Boot, as well as some programming languages. Has experience as a Project Management Assistant where he assisted a total of 40+ teams with Agile Project Management. After that, he took his internship with XXXX where he had an idea for a new feature for their homeland buses. He was responsible from software to hardware development and has several partners on this project. Currently working on Unreal Engine for his personal projects.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be blueprints in Unreal and project management. After web development, he did not involve himself in Java anymore since he realized he wanted to be more involved in game development and has started using Unreal since then. Rates himself a 3.5-4 out of 5 in it.      

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Had an idea to create a game like Genshin Impact but in VR version since it’s his passion. Has almost a year of experience in Unreal Engine development for his personal projects. Strong with blueprints in Unreal and is taking up some courses and learning C++ as well at the moment. Proficient with versioning and repository. Has knowledge in rendering and shaders but not very good at it.
