She would answer emails, live chat she guides people in going to the website, opening the accounts and help deposit and withdraw money.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
She has handled various customer service inquiries and problems via email or LINE, including troubleshooting or tailored requests. She has also worked with the tech support team and is involved in training sessions and help identify areas for improvements and determine new policies and regulations.
- She has worked closely with the back office to confirm customer deposits or withdrawal transfers, and assisted with customer complaints regarding account or trading legal disputes. She has also trained colleagues according to standard procedure, she has also served an average of 200 clients on a monthly basis. Responsibilities included resolving online troubleshooting, which included the trading platform, account opening or funding-related issues and others.
- She has also worked in Customer Care and as a Marketing Specialist and she has worked remotely with their warehouse in the Netherlands and works with the products that needs to be changed and problems that needs to be addressed and she has worked onsite with the Engineers and 3D animators and create new product from start to finish and help push the product into the Market.
She has a strong background in the Customer Service and she is really good in tackling technical questions with the quesitons especially regarding Finance. She also can deal with different types of customers. |
