1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Have been in the semiconductor field for over 20 years, started off with his degree and later on coming into manufacturing of robotics. After that, he moved into semiconductor distribution and spent few years there before moving into main semiconductor companies. He worked for XXXX as an Applications Engineer but also different roles such as product marketing, business development, and did management (leading teams), development and promotion of new products, and customer support as well for various product lines including development boards and evaluation kits. After that, he joined XXXX as a Senior Application Firmware & R&D Engineer where they mostly worked with microcontrollers; he’s the one preparing all of the training for engineers for their applications, did some R&D research, and also prepared marketing to promote those devices to customers worldwide. Later on, he became Technical Program Engineering Manager in Taiwan for the same company, he built the team of 4 up to 16 engineers, provide them with training, while also still providing support to their key major customers; has worked with lots of OEM and ODM companies. During this period of time, that company was acquired by XXXX and he was part of the automotive industrial department working with their major customers to develop new solutions and products. After that, he saw opportunity to develop another team for a strategic and targeted support, they worked towards as a cross-functional team and also developed, grew number of their key customers by providing multiple devices into their solutions. Currently, because of some personal and family matters, he had to take secondment with his current company and also doing some freelance technical coaching with come companies to work with their management teams and improve their processes and efficiencies.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be program management since he has done lots of it currently and previously. Also likes to do product marketing area and applications, great with customer facing and technical roles. Great with engineering and manufacturing side as well.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He came from the technical background and also have worked as an Applications Engineer way back before, also have experience with the product development cycle for the past few years and is well versed with mass production. Most of the products and devices he has worked on are mixed signal devices having analog front end with an MCU back end in the same chips. Proficient with ADCs, DACs, and also have done RTL and Verilog for a bit in the past.
