1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has overall experience of almost 30 years now and is currently working in XXXX as a Staff Test Operations Engineer where he supports offshore testing and take care of the department management. He is also in charge of new products introduction and is involved with product development as well from the start up to mass production. Their main product is XXXX where he is doing power management and development for them as well. Before this, he was a Sr Engineer for XXXX and managed the test and process execution by introducing new products, was a Technical Project Manager for XXXX as well where he handled several electronics projects as well. Prior to this, he was mostly a Testing Hardware Engineer.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be integration and testing since these two are what he is mostly doing for his current and previous roles. He is also good with solving and assisting clients with problems; also good with hardware testing and development.   
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has almost 30 years of experience in the industry and has strong experience with testing; he’s a good design engineer as well. He is mainly involved with hardware testing since the beginning and testing up to mass production as well.
