He is working in Taiwan for about 8 years now and has about 10+ years of experience in semiconductor industry. He is currently a Senior Process Engineer at XXXX where he is currently assigned at the photolithography Process. He is mostly responsible for photo defect dispositions. Also experienced with semiconductor process. Before this, he was an Equipment Engineer at XXXX where he mostly set up IC testing machine per device to support manufacturing target. His first job was in the Philippines as a Process Engineer for Laser Drilling Process at XXXX where he was in charge in setting up three kinds of machine, he was mostly responsible for setting up machine for different condition, material, and thickness.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill is that he is very hardworking and is a good communicator as well. He has handled/communicated to lots of different customers/clients with different culture. When it comes to the technical side, he is very good with semiconductors since he has been doing this since the start of his career and rates himself a 4.5 out of 5; he is always looking for improvement and always looking for something to learn.

Has about 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, he’s been doing this since his time in the Philippines. Has very strong background in semiconductor and is purely doing semiconductor process/production. Knows semiconductor market especially in Taiwan and the Philippines.
