She is from Ukraine and currently living in Germany with her family and went to a Uni for 3 years and then went to a Chinese University in X and when she went back to Ukraine she went back to work with Furnitex and she works with the clients and checks the supply and arrange the delivery for the Ukrainian and Chinese side.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
She could speak Mandarin, English, Ukrainian and Russian and she also has good computer skills and strong communications skill to help resolve problems immediately and is an active learner and make sure to learn something new every day.
- She then switched to X as a Customer Consultant and she worked on 3 projects she helps resolve concerns/issues through emails, live chat, and chats and she was promoted to be a Team Leader she communicates with her teammates and works with the clients and she worked in CRM systems and provide documentation updates for the project and his teammates and they sell merchandising supplies.
4. In Ukraine she worked with different designers, she worked with a client and found materials for them and she helps in finding with product finding and she updates them every now and then to make sure that the client is happy. |
