- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
She has a strong product knowledge experience and a strong background in technical parts, and she can also manage a team and help in the content marketing research, and she also has a strong communication skill and has a strong subject matter expertise as well.
- In her previous job most of her tasks was too according to the standard policy which was more customer focused and she helps in following the issues and handle all the customer complaints and provide solution and answer any question that customer might have with their payment, and she also works with the repair team.
4. She has also managed her team and she used Chinese since her managers were also Chinese and she also accounts to her team, and she also helps in translating what her boss says to the non-Chinese speaking members in her team and she would help represent the company to different clients and she works with other companies to help strengthen the connections of the company with other clients. |
