1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She said that most of her experience are for the managerial roles and her experiences as business managing and coordinating with customers, suppliers in Iran and now in the short time in Dubai as well. She was a business manager and her role is to manage and maintain a positive relationship with the customers, coordinating with them and to develop a good relationship with them. He also had an experience as a news presenter way back when she was in Iran. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   She said that she really loves to work with people because most of her job is dealing with them. She really wants to interact with people and said that it helps her to improve herself and her skills in leadership as well.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements? 
   She has more than 10 years working in a managerial levels and likes to manage and coordinate with the team. She also said that as a business manager, she always in contact with their customers inside and outside the country. She said that she is responsible for following up the customers, customers complaints, and was responsible for coordinating between customers and between the technical team in company as well. She is proficient in different MS applications and with knowledge in the financial markets as well.
