Has 5 years of experience in full stack development, basically both the backend and frontend. For backend, he’s mostly proficient with database. Last role was with XXXX as a Full Stack Developer in which he often used ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, and MySQL. He also has several full stack developer roles before for XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. Before, he was a Front-End Developer as well for XXXX where he mostly handled development based on HTML/CSS.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill with both backend and frontend. He’s very flexible in both ways. For frontend development, he mostly uses Next.JS, Angular, ReactJS. For backend, he’s very good with databases and handling big data. Rates himself a 9/10 in ReactJS and 7/10 in NodeJS. More interested to explore in the backend since he thinks he has explored frontend already.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Have worked in game development for blockchain and have worked in some gaming applications before. Has used Unity for that project but hasn’t been using it quite often. Has very minimum experience when it comes to game development. Most of his experience is with web and application development.
