1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has worked for AA and AAA projects and is very fond of Unreal Engine. Has lots of experience in editing mods and maps. Familiar with optimization process. Has worked with VR, UE4, and recently developed a project called XXXX. He is currently working for two projects as a freelancer and was mostly a Level/Game Designer before for several companies such as XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be level/game design since it is what he commonly does from the start of his career. For the past two projects, he has experienced working professional as an environment/technical artist as well. Always creating games in a way that it will not only entail beauty but also it will be fun to play inside. Rates himself a 3.5 out of 5 in doing level/game design. . 

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has 5+ years of experience in Unreal Engine Development, has touched UE4 and UE5. Back in HS, also worked with UE3. No professional experience/knowledge in C++ but has knowledge in blueprints enough to create prototypes. Familiar with versioning and repository, been working with Github and SVN. Have experience in rendering both inside UE and inside the blender. Also know to use blender, create 3d models, and render.
