His expertise includes delivery project planning, project management, escalation management, quality testing, discount management, post-work, and support.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills are technical, as he worked extensively in technical roles earlier in his career. Currently, he is not actively involved in technical work, as his focus has shifted to leadership and delivery management. He estimates his technical expertise to be 5 out of 10, his functional expertise at 8 out of 10, and his managerial skills at 9 out of 10.
