1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She has around 3.3 years of experience in the IT field, having joined the organization in September 2021. She underwent training for three months under Aws DevOps. After that, she was assigned to a project with Synchrony Financial, where she contributed to production support and provided infrastructure support. She worked in a 24/7 environment, offering both L2 and L3 support, focusing on service and Linux technologies. Her daily responsibilities involved checking server health, application status, and ensuring the systems were up and running. If any issues arose, she proactively engaged the IRC to resolve them. She also participated in weekly activities, including patching and providing support for live services. Network and firewall activities were handled over the weekends. She assisted the DevOps team in deploying application changes, validating releases, and ensuring everything was updated correctly in production. Additionally, she handled customer tickets and troubleshot application issues by checking logs and bringing up services. For change ticket tracking, she used ServiceNow, and for monitoring, she relied on Splunk and New Relic.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Her strongest skill is in Linux, where she primarily works with Linux servers and performs tasks involving system services and scripting. In addition, she has recently gained experience with AWS, having completed the certification and plans to further develop her skills in the coming months.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   She is aware of any network-related works. For example, if there are changes involving systems like Palo Alto, she will be notified and take necessary precautions, including scheduling downtime for customers if needed. In case any issues arise in the transaction flow, she will work with the network team to troubleshoot network-related problems. However, there is no direct involvement with the network team.
