1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 10 years of experience in the IT field and graduated in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2017. Over the course of his career, he has gained expertise in various technologies, including Windows Client, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VMware. He has hands-on experience with VMware technologies, including setting up VMware environments and managing backup tools like Veeam for file servers. Additionally, he has managed endpoint security solutions, such as antivirus systems, in his current role. His experience extends to working with both physical and virtual servers.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills include expertise with Windows client and Windows Server. He has hands-on experience with BMI technology, endpoint security, virtual machines, and Windows clients. He possesses a solid understanding of networking functions, although he lacks hands-on experience with specific areas like switching. 
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He did not focus much on networking, but he understands the basics, including segmentation. Although he has knowledge in networking, he lacks hands-on experience with routing, switching, and firewalls. He is familiar with VLAN configurations. Overall, he has strong experience in service and desktop support.
