   He has over 7 years of experience in the IT field. He graduated from Meera University and completed a diploma in network engineering. Additionally, he holds a certification from Amazon. With more than five years of hands-on experience, his first role was as a field engineer at Crew ITV, a service company providing hardware and software solutions. Afterward, he joined his second company, where he continued working in IT support and services.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest expertise includes AWS, O365, GoReady domains, Bitdefender firewall tools for monitoring, Linux, and CRM.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   In networking, He manages firewalls, creates VPN users, and sets basic rules for network connections and blocking access. He provides group-wise VPN access and works in a supply chain role within a logistics company, familiar with relevant terms. Based in India, he is employed at a technology company that provides services in the US and UK.
