He currently works as a Technical Specialist at XXXX in Mumbai, leading a team of 10 members. His role involves providing remote and onsite support to clients in India and Australia, resolving technical issues and addressing queries from both in-house and remote customers.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He has extensive skills and technical expertise in MENT 2, focusing primarily on servers, storage, networking, and providing support to both in-house and remote customers. Currently, he is in a mentoring role, guiding new team members who are familiar with the industry but need further development. He helps them enhance their capacity and knowledge of IT equipment, including servers, storage, firewalls, routers, and switches.
